Located on the 10th floor with elevator and disabled access, the apartment, 39 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for couples, families with children or for those traveling for work, or study. You will find a bedroom with air conditioning, double bed and sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine; a bathroom with washing machine and a small study area, ideal for those who need to work in peace.

The location is truly strategic, you can walk to the Re di Roma and San Giovanni metro stops in 10 minutes, numerous bus stops in 2 minutes; the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Termini Station and the FAO in 30 minutes, and the San Giovanni hospital and the Basilica of the same name in just 20 minutes. The area, full of restaurants, banks and shops, makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the eternal city.
